Billing questions
- Who pays the fee?
- You choose per event: absorb it in the ticket price, or add it at checkout so the attendee sees it as a booking fee.
- Can I switch plans mid-month?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed pro rata. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing month.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Pro and Venue are month to month. Cancel from settings and you drop to Starter with all your events intact.
